Testing your K&H Heated Bed –
You’ll notice that the K&H Heated Bed would possibly not feel warm to the touch when your pet isn’t at the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You’ll test the pad by placing a big pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It’s going to feel warm, not hot.
